Refund policy

At Garden of Eden, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below.

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Please provide your order number and the item(s) you would like to return.

Do not send a return to an address other than the one provided in your return instructions.

For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Garden of Eden will cover the return shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund if the item meets our return requirements.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your original item and place a new order.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Orders can only be cancelled before they have entered processing or been shipped.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must instead be returned according to this policy.
